As freight transport is such a massive part of life in London and is only going to become more of an issue as more developments spring up in the future, it is vital that we start to do something to make haulage routes easier to travel for hauliers and safer to travel for cyclists.
PIE Mapping’s CEO, Freddie Talberg will be sitting on a panel discussing Reducing Penalty Charge Notices at the FTA’s flagship event, Managing Freight in London tomorrow at the Kia Oval.
PIE Mapping are the providers of a software service, the London Lorry Route Approver (LLRA) for lorry drivers and others involved in the haulage industry which enables them to plan journeys around London, with real time updates, in a fashion which keeps them compliant with any HGV restrictions in place at the time – whether they are time based or otherwise.
The LLRA is a piece of software that will enable all of its users to avoid penalty notices by using routes that are consistent with any restrictions in place at any given time.
Freddie will be using his knowledge and experience in the freight mapping arena to add tremendous value to the panel discussion and will be on hand to answer any questions delegates may have on issues pertaining to any of PIE’s services.
