Dispensation

Dispensation is when you can request for the right to load/unload at a specific location.

  • Cost: Daily charge £15 Mon-Fri & £10 Sat.
  • Minimum Notice: 3 working days
  • Note: If no loading restrictions are in force commercial vehicles are permitted to load/unload between 8.30 & 11 am without a dispensation. After 11am a dispensation is required if load/unloading exceeds 20 mins

Suspension

Suspension is where the normal parking restrictions are suspended and the bay or parking space is reserved specifically for you.
  • Cost: £75 for the 1st day plus £20 daily charge from Mon-Fri and £10 on Saturdays.
  • Minimum Notice: 3 working days
  • Note: Each additional bay is then £7.50 plus the daily charge
  • Note: Suspensions are only for loading and unloading bays, and not parking bays
